My son has a very wide foot, footwear is hard to find for him and this is one of very few styles that comes in XW and works wonderfully. Stride Rite Playground Hook & Loop Nearly perfect shoes for my Toddler - The only way they could improve this shoe is to make it in a velcro! This was the only sneaker with lights I could find anywhere in a wide that was not WHITE. The first time I put these shoes on my son, he said they were tight when I asked. Likely my fault. I just loosened the laces and he said they were great. The first couple of uses the laces slipped, but they hold fine now w/o double knotting. This is important because my son is able to remove his shoes on his own. I am very likely to continue to order this model for sizes to come.. Fun and functional kids shoe with lighted N logo.
